Two years of college level course work in business, human resource management, or closely related field. Prior experience with an HRIS database, administration of benefits and other HR programs preferred. General Knowledge of principles and practices of human resources. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong interpersonal and computer skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail and accuracy; Desire and ability to research and solve problems; Proven ability to work individually as well as on a team and consistently follow through with projects, assignments, and meet deadlines.
