Responsible for the administration of all HR benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and 403(b) plan. Manages the employee leave programs to include FMLA, workers compensation, military and personal leave of absence.
Plans and administers benefits programs and polices
Administers random drug screening program on a quarterly basis
Administers Workers’ Compensation (WC) Program
Bachelor degree in human resources or a related field of study
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification or similar credential preferred
