  • Responsibilities

    Project development

    1. Develop the project scope
    2. Develop internal project benchmarks related to the development, testing, and training
    3. Manage the project schedule
    4. Participate in the analysis, development, and testing for project applications
    5. Document findings, results, and modifications of project process

    Principal coordinator of new application implementations

    1. Principal collaborator with third party vendors, interface engineers
    2. Assist in the creation of the implementation master plan
    3. Communicate and interface with internal resources for programming and support
    4. Monitor completion of benchmarked goals
    5. Communicate with senior department management staff progress and barriers related to successful completion of application implementations
    6. Assist in the development of new documentation to support implementation

    New Application training

    1. Establish and coordinate training for end users and system consumers
    2. Establish schedules and designate facility areas for training to occur
    3. Establish follow-up procedures for training and project understanding


    1. Analyze existing systems and processes for improvements.
    2. Be a problem solver and assist in determining the cause behind the issues/ problems in various systems and offer solution or suggestions
    3. Assist in creating programming framework by defining requirements and coding
    4. Program interfaces between systems
    5. Create statistical reports to check success of project implementations

    Other IT duties as deemed necessary should include but not be limited to the following

    1. Assist in system(s) evaluations with other IT staff
    2. Participate in IT team meetings and initiatives
    3. Participate in the strategic planning process for IT
    4. Participate on and chair committees deemed necessary to support standards and accreditations
    5. Assist in providing training when deemed necessary
    6. Participate in Orientation Training for IT
    7. Provide application training when deemed necessary
    8. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor


    Bachelor Degree in an Information Systems or related field. A minimum of three years’ experience working with application planning, development, installation, and training. Healthcare experience preferred. Experience in Object Orientated design and programming, workflow and software design patterns, provide full life cycle of the project from analysis, design, development, testing and implementation.Strong knowledge in SQL Server 2016 or higher, SSIS, .Net 4.0 or later with emphasis in C#, HTML, CSS, javaScript, Crystal reports, and SSRS. Technical writing skills required.
