AltaPointe’s Adult Residential Services are designed for consumers with serious and persistent mental illness who require social rehabilitation and community support. Combining medical, nursing and clinical services, our staff provides care and treatment for more than 200 adults in need of intensive service provision. The Adult Residential Services Program consists of group homes, which are supervised 24 hours/day when consumers are on the premises. This Adult Outpatient Program is an outpatient substance abuse program designed for consumers who have a substance abuse diagnosis. Services include, but are not limited to, supportive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, systematic therapy, behavior modification, skills training, and relapse prevention.
Adult Outpatient Programs provide the least restrictive level of care where adults may receive clinical interventions aimed at decreasing existing signs and symptoms. Outpatient treatment focuses on recovery, problem resolution, symptom reduction, stabilization and/or prevention of movement to a higher level of care. Treatment varies widely and depends upon the consumer’s presenting symptoms.

The Assertive Community Treatment Team serves individuals that find it difficult to come to an AltaPointe facility for desperately needed treatment. These patients usually have been hospitalized multiple times, have a limited or no support system, inadequate basic living skills and persistent difficulty in illness and medication management. The Access to Care department is the single point of entry into the majority of AltaPointe's programs and services.
