The Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Employment Specialist functions as a professional staff member of a multi-disciplinary team and carries out services of the IPS program by assisting adult outpatient consumers with serious mental illness to obtain and maintain employment that is consistent with their vocational and recovery goals.
